Leadership for Senior Executives Programme at LUMS — October 12–18, 2026

Overview

Leadership for Senior Executives by LUMS is a seven-day learning programme scheduled for October 12–18, 2026. It is designed to help senior executives strengthen their capabilities by creating a personal leadership narrative, building team cohesiveness and encouraging a culture of innovation. The extended sessions will also examine collaborative networks and navigating adversity for sustained organisational growth.

• Transitioning from a transactional to a transformational leader.
• Designing a leadership narrative based on personal values aligned with organisational objectives.

• Creating a culture of learning and performance excellence.
• Governance, ethics and leadership.

Module 2 — Top Team Management, Organisational Alignment and Strategy

• Organisational policies and culture.
• Managing stakeholders across the organisation for value creation.

Who Should Attend

The programme is intended for senior executives heading organisational divisions or business units who have more than 15 years of experience. It also targets CEOs, C-suite executives and divisional heads who lead more than three levels of management.
