Overview
Lyari Development Authority (LDA) has announced a public auction of commercial plots in Hawksbay Scheme-42, Karachi. The auction will take place at Sector 16-A, Hawksbay Scheme-42, Karachi, at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, 10 February 2026.
Plots Offered
- Block A-3, SB: Plot numbers 1, 2, 9, 10, 11, 18 and 19; seven plots of 600 square yards each.
- Block A-3, SC: Plot numbers 1, 2, 10, 11 and 12; five plots of 600 square yards each.
- Block A-11, SC: Plot numbers 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12; six plots of 600 square yards each.
- Block B-11, SC: Plot numbers 1, 2, 8, 9, 13, 14, 15, 25, 26, 27, 29 and 30; twelve plots of 600 square yards each.
- Block C-12, ST: Plot number 8; one plot of 1,600 square yards.
- Block C-11, SC: Plot numbers 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.
The reserve price shown for the listed plots is Rs. 38,250 per square yard.
