Bolan Mining Enterprises Tenders 2026–27 for Supplies and Site Works

Overview

Bolan Mining Enterprises (BME), a joint venture of Government of Balochistan and Pakistan Petroleum Limited, invites sealed bids/proposals from renowned contractors, bidders and companies. The notice requires participants to be registered with the Sales Tax Department and Income Tax Department and to appear on the FBR Active Taxpayer List.

Tender Details

• BRT/QT/TD-15/2026-27: Supply of pre-fabricated toilets according to the BOQ and scope of work for BME Mine Site Khuzdar, Balochistan Pakistan.
• BRT/QT/TD-16/2026-27: Water well boring and supply and installation of a 42 KW solar system for BME Mine Site Khuzdar.
• BRT/QT/TD-17/2026-27: Supply of spares for three grinding mills (BM-10, MTM-160 & MTW-175Z), according to the BOQ, drawings, samples and scope of work, for BME Site Khuzdar.
• BRT/QT/TD-18/2026-27: Supply of miscellaneous items, including Shovel Pic Axe hand tools, wheel barrows, seal wire & lead, car paint & thinner, tent tarpaulin and HSE items, for BME Site Pachinkoh-Nokkundi.
• BRT/QT/TD-19/2026-27: Supply of stationery items for BME Head Office Quetta and BME Site Khuzdar.
• BRT/QT/TD-20/2026-27: Supply of canteen/grocery items for BME Head Office Quetta and BME Site Khuzdar.
• BRT/QT/TD-21/2026-27: Supply of IT-related items, including chargers, adapter, network cables, cartridges and external drive, for BME Head Office Quetta and BME Site Khuzdar.
• BRT/QT/TD-22/2026-27: Supply of miscellaneous electrical items, including circuit breakers, electrical items and electrical cables, for BME Head Office Quetta and BME Site Khuzdar.
• BRT/QT/TD-23/2026-27: Supply of medicines for BME Site Khuzdar.
• BRT/QT/TD-24/2026-27: Supply of miscellaneous paints for BME Site Khuzdar.
• BRT/QT/TD-25/2026-27: Supply of miscellaneous items, including lamination wooden sheets, angle iron, parts of trucks, batteries and sanitary items, for BME Site Khuzdar.

Important Details

The PPRA-based bidding procedure is Single Stage (One Envelope). Each tender document costs PKR 5,000/-(Five Thousand). Payment is to be made by pay order or online through Allied Bank Ltd., account PK29ABPA0010018307500017. Bid money is 02% (Two Percent) of total bid value.

Tender documents may be collected from 07-09-2026 to 14-09-2026, during working hours from 9AM-5PM, Monday to Friday. The collection and bid submission place is BME House, 3 B & 8 B Model Town, Quetta, Balochistan, Pakistan.

How to Submit

Bids must be submitted on or before 22-09-2026 (03:00 PM) and will be opened on 22-09-2026 (03:30 PM). The tender number and item details must appear on the sealed envelope. No bid will be accepted without bid money. BME reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under the provisions of PPRA Rules.
