Qualification and Experience

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, Strategic Management, or a closely parallel commercial postgraduate field.

The position requires 12 years of progressive experience and a proven track record in corporate B2B business/product development, enterprise account management, or institutional sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute MINAR’s business growth and market expansion strategy.
  • Build partnerships with awarding bodies, schools, universities, and corporate clients.
  • Lead proposals, tenders, pricing, negotiations, and contract development.
  • Identify new examination, certification, and digital assessment opportunities.
  • Ensure operational, financial, legal, and compliance readiness before commitments.
  • Track revenue, pipeline, KPIs, and market trends.
  • Lead and develop the Business Development team.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of Cambridge, Pearson Edexcel, OxfordAQA, and the international examination sector.
  • B2B sales, negotiation, contracting, and relationship management.
  • Pricing, budgeting, revenue forecasting, and margin analysis.
  • Tender and RFP management.
