Job Overview

Ombre Apparel Park is seeking a Deputy Manager Production for its Knit Division. One position is available at Ombre Apparel Park on Lahore – Manga Raiwind Road.

The role is responsible for ensuring the availability of production inputs and executing production activities according to Lean principles to meet cost-reduction targets. It will address quality and productivity issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders, with the aim of maximizing value and enhancing profit margins.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will maintain a smooth and balanced workflow across multiple modules, from induction to packing, while working within defined guidelines and company SOPs. The role also involves monitoring key KPIs, addressing bottlenecks through effective problem-solving, and managing time, labor and material resources efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in sew-to-pack production.
• Ability to manage highly fashionable and complex production flows.
• Expertise in garment production processes, technologies and quality parameters.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to identify and resolve day-to-day production issues quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
