Overview

Imtiaz Group (Private) Limited is hiring for the position of Officer – Control Room. Vacancies are open in Bahawalpur, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Islamabad, Karachi, Multan, Lahore, Quetta, Sahiwal, Sargodha and Sialkot.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems on a 24/7 shift basis to identify security, safety and operational issues.
• Continuously observe live video feeds and promptly detect suspicious activity, unauthorized access, safety hazards or operational irregularities.
• Immediately report and escalate incidents to the concerned authorities in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate with security personnel, operations teams and relevant departments to support timely incident response.
• Record, document and maintain accurate logs of incidents, observations, alarms and actions taken during each shift.
• Retrieve, review and export CCTV footage for investigations, audits or management requirements while maintaining confidentiality.
• Ensure the proper functioning of CCTV cameras, Digital/Network Video Recorders (DVR/NVR), monitors and related surveillance equipment, and promptly report technical faults.

Qualification and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in CCTV monitoring, control room operations, security surveillance or a similar role.

Key Skills and Competencies

• Strong observation and monitoring skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to identify suspicious activities and respond promptly.
• Sound knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance equipment and control room procedures.
