Overview
This corrigendum relates to the advertisement published in print media on September 22, 2026 vide PID (I) 2702-D/26. Capital Development Authority (CDA), Islamabad is offering seven sites in different sectors of Islamabad through an open auction.
The sites are intended for the construction, operation and management of petrol pumps or filling stations with ancillary facilities on a rental basis. Participation is open to registered Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) and authorised dealers of OMCs.

Terms and Conditions
- The sites will be offered through open auction on a rental basis for a contractual period of 20 years, subject to the agreement.
- All sites will be offered for auction as a “single package.”
- The successful bidder will be responsible for the construction, operation, management and transfer of the petrol pump or filling station and ancillary facilities entirely at its own cost.
- The successful bidder must obtain all requisite approvals, NOCs, licences and permissions from CDA and other concerned government or regulatory authorities.
- The maximum construction or completion period will be 9 months, or completion of the site, whichever is earlier, subject to the approved terms and conditions.
- The token money will be 25 million.
- Monthly rent will be determined through open bidding and will be payable to CDA in advance according to the agreement.
- An annual rent escalation of 10% will apply as prescribed in the approved terms and conditions.
- The concessionaire will bear all expenditure relating to construction, development, utilities, statutory approvals, taxes, duties, licences, operation, maintenance and other associated costs.
- Use of the site will remain restricted to the approved petrol pump or filling station and ancillary facilities. The development must comply with CDA’s planning, building control, environmental and other applicable requirements.
