PLRA PULSE Tender for Procurement of Laptops for Field Offices – Package-II

Overview

The Project Implementation Unit (PIU), Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE), Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA), Government of the Punjab, has issued a Request for Bids for goods through a one-envelope bidding process.

The contract covers the Procurement of Laptops for field offices (Package-II) under the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project in Pakistan. The project has received World Bank financing, part of which is intended for this procurement.

Eligibility and Bidding Method

Sealed bids are invited from eligible bidders with relevant experience. Bidding will follow the Single Stage One-Envelope method using the national market approach, in accordance with the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated November 2020. The process is open to all eligible bidders as defined in those Procurement Regulations.

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the stated office during office hours from 0900 to 1700 hours. The English-language bidding document may also be downloaded from https://pulse.gop.pk/.

Bids must reach the address below on or before 1100 hours on November 04, 2026. Electronic bidding is not permitted, and late bids will be rejected. Public opening will take place at the same address on November 04, 2026 at 1100 hours, in the presence of bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend.

Each bid must include the required bid security in the form of a CDR or unconditional bank guarantee.
