Overview
The Government of Pakistan’s Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), F-Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad, intends to recruit suitable Pakistani nationals holding a Balochistan Local/Domicile Certificate. A total of 197 temporary vacancies in SPS-01 to SPS-15 are available at BISP Headquarters Islamabad and field offices throughout Balochistan.
The recruitment campaign is presented under the heading “Join Public Service – Balochistan Quota” and includes the messages “Your Land. Your Future. Your Pakistan.” and “Courage, Honour and Loyalty — The Identity of Balochistan’s Youth.”

How to Apply
- Interested and eligible candidates meeting the stated criteria must apply online through the prescribed application form on the National Job Portal at https://njp.gov.pk/.
- Applicants must attend a walk-in interview at designated locations in the major districts of Balochistan on dates to be announced later.
- Candidates must bring their original documents and one set of duly attested photocopies for verification.
- A separate online application form must be submitted for each post when applying for more than one position.
- Applicants should complete the entire form carefully and ensure correct entries for personal particulars, post name, CNIC number, domicile, educational qualification, religion, gender, nature of disability, date of birth and a functional telephone number.
Local Recruitment Requirements
- Vacancies at serial numbers 4 to 7 in the BISP Balochistan Region table are preferably to be filled on a local basis. Further details regarding these vacancies are available on the BISP official website.
- Candidates must hold the local/domicile certificate of the relevant region when applying for posts reserved for a particular area or region at serial numbers 4 to 7 of the Balochistan Region table.
- Recruitment will be conducted at the doorstep at district level with the help of newly established employment cells in Balochistan’s districts to facilitate the recruitment of residents.
Important Instructions
- All recruitment from SPS-01 to SPS-15 will be conducted through walk-in interviews, with no entry test or written test.
- An upper-age relaxation of five years, instead of the existing three years, will apply in addition to the five-year general age relaxation.
- Age will be calculated up to the last date for submission of application forms.
- Government employees must apply through the proper channel.
- At final selection, candidates will be examined by an authorized Civil Surgeon of the Federal Government.
- If a domicile/local certificate is fake, bogus or cannot be verified, an appointment letter will not be issued.
- The character, antecedents and documents of selected candidates will be verified. Selection may be withdrawn or cancelled for incorrect or false information or a criminal record, in addition to any legal or departmental proceedings.
- Original documents will be checked at the interview. Candidates applying against minority or disabled quotas must provide the relevant certificate or documentary proof.
- Transgender persons may apply according to their self-perceived gender identity under the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act, 2018 and as recorded on their CNIC.
- BISP may increase or decrease the number of posts, or cancel or withdraw the recruitment at any stage due to an administrative issue or reason.
- No TA/DA will be provided for the interview.
