HEC Balochistan Quota Jobs 2026: Accountant and Lower Division Clerk

Overview

The Government of Pakistan’s Higher Education Commission (HEC) invites Pakistani nationals with the required qualifications, experience, domicile, quota status and age to apply for two regular positions under the Balochistan 6% provincial quota. The recruitment campaign is headed “Join Public Service – Balochistan Quota” and includes the messages “Your Land. Your Future. Your Pakistan.” and “Courage, Honour and Loyalty — The Identity of Balochistan’s Youth.”

Available Positions

Accountant — BPS-16

• Number of posts: 01
• Quota/domicile: Balochistan (6% provincial quota)
• Age limit: 21–30 years, plus five years’ general age relaxation and five years’ additional relaxation for candidates from Balochistan
• Qualification: B.COM / BBA from a recognized university
• Experience: Three (03) years’ service experience in the relevant field in any Government, Semi-Government or Autonomous Body

Lower Division Clerk — BPS-11

• Number of posts: 01
• Quota/domicile: Balochistan (6% provincial quota)
• Age limit: 18–25 years, plus five years’ general age relaxation and five years’ additional relaxation for candidates from Balochistan
• Qualification: Matric with a minimum typing speed of 30 w.p.m.
• Training requirement: The selected candidate must undertake and qualify a three-week Basic IT Training Course, including MS Office, conducted by the NITB within one year.

Important Conditions

1. Five years’ general age relaxation is allowed for all posts. Further age relaxation will be admissible according to Government policy and rules.
2. Applications will be processed using the information and data supplied through applicants’ online profiles. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
3. At the interview, applicants must present original documents with attested copies of degrees or certificates issued by HEC, recognized boards, universities or institutes, along with their CNIC and domicile certificate.
4. If any supplied information is found to be fake or bogus, the candidature will be cancelled and legal action may be taken during recruitment or after employment.
5. Applicants already in Government service must apply through the proper channel.
6. Part-time, honorary, apprentice and internee experience will not be counted as experience.
7. Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
8. HEC may reject any or all applications without assigning a reason and may increase or decrease the number of vacancies according to requirements.
9. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
10. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.
