Overview

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) invites applications for the position of Head Coach for the Pakistan Women’s National Cricket Team. The role requires professional services covering game planning and strategies, pre- and post-tournament preparation and evaluation, performance enhancement, improved international ranking and fitness standards with support staff.

The Head Coach will also facilitate team excellence, strengthen individual skills for consistent performance in international competitions, and help develop a sustainable team culture aligned with international requirements.

About Pakistan Cricket Board

Pakistan Cricket Board is engaged in promoting and developing cricket in Pakistan and maintaining general control of the game.

Required Education and Experience

• Minimum Level III Cricket Coaching Accreditation.
• At least 10 years of experience coaching elite national or domestic-level cricket teams, with a demonstrably proven record of improving performance.
• Experience successfully coaching athletes or cricketers to required international standards.
• Strong planning, organizing and execution capabilities.
• High competence in team and individual skill-enhancement strategies.
• Proven experience with monitoring and evaluation systems and processes currently used internationally.
• Ability to set “KPT’s” for players and coaches, with continuous monitoring and evaluation.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively with individuals from varied backgrounds.
• Superior persuasion skills combined with integrity, prudence and professionalism.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
