Requirements

• Qualification: BS IT, ADP, or DAE in CS or IT
• Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience

Key Competencies

• Desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting and minor repairs
• Replacement of RAM, HDD/SSD, power supplies, keyboards, mice, cables, and related components
• Printer and scanner installation and troubleshooting
• LAN and network troubleshooting
• Troubleshooting CCTV and surveillance systems, including switches, routers, Wi-Fi, and IP settings
• Preventive maintenance of IT equipment
