The land was granted on a 99-year lease for Industrial cum Commercial purposes.

The transaction is stated to include the factory structure and boundary wall, free from all encumbrances, mortgages, disputes, liabilities, claims and litigation, with valid marketable title.

Claims and Objections

Any person, authority, institution, Board of Revenue Sindh, Local or Federal Government Department, bank, financial institution or other authority having any right, claim, entitlement or objection must notify the undersigned within 15 days of this notice via Registered A/D Post, together with documentary evidence.

The notice states that failure to respond will render subsequent claims and objections null and void, and the transfer, mutation and registration of the property will be completed in the purchasers’ favour.
