Overview

Bolan Mining Enterprises (BME), a joint venture of the Government of Balochistan and Pakistan Petroleum Limited, invites sealed bids and proposals from contractors, bidders and companies registered with the Sales Tax Department and Income Tax Department and appearing on the FBR Active Taxpayer List.

Tender Details

• BRT/QT/TD-15/2026-27: Supply of prefabricated toilets according to the BOQ and scope of work for the BME mine site in Khuzdar.
• BRT/QT/TD-16/2026-27: Motor wind bearing and supply and installation of a 42 KW solar system for the BME mine site in Khuzdar.
• BRT/QT/TD-17/2026-27: Spares for three grinding mills—BM-10, MTM-160 and MTM-1752—according to the BOQ, drawings, samples and scope of work for the BME site in Khuzdar.
• BRT/QT/TD-18/2026-27: Miscellaneous items, including shovel, pickaxe, hand tools, wheelbarrows, seal wire and lead, car paint and thinner, tent tarpaulin and HSE items, for the BME site at Pachinkoh-Nokkundi.
• BRT/QT/TD-19/2026-27: Stationery items for BME Head Office Quetta and the BME site in Khuzdar.
• BRT/QT/TD-20/2026-27: Canteen and grocery items for BME Head Office Quetta and the BME site in Khuzdar.
• BRT/QT/TD-21/2026-27: IT-related items, including chargers, adapters, network cables, cartridges and external drives, for BME Head Office Quetta and the BME site in Khuzdar.
• BRT/QT/TD-22/2026-27: Miscellaneous electrical items, including circuit breakers, electrical items and electrical cables, for BME Head Office Quetta and the BME site in Khuzdar.
• BRT/QT/TD-23/2026-27: Medicines for the BME site in Khuzdar.
• BRT/QT/TD-24/2026-27: Miscellaneous parts for the BME site in Khuzdar.
• BRT/QT/TD-25/2026-27: Miscellaneous items, including laminated wooden sheets, angle iron, truck parts, batteries and sanitary items, for the BME site in Khuzdar.

Important Details

The procurement will follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure on a PPRA basis. Each tender document costs PKR 5,000/- (Five Thousand). Payment may be made through pay order or online to Allied Bank Ltd, account/IBAN PK24ABPA0010018307500017. Bid money equal to 02% (Two Percent) of the total bid value is required.

Tender documents may be collected from BME House, 3 B & 8 B Model Town, Quetta, Balochistan Pakistan, from 07-09-2026 to 14-09-2026, Monday to Friday between 9AM-5PM.

Submission and Opening

Bids must be submitted at the stated BME House address on or before 22-09-2026 (03:00 PM). They will be opened on 22-09-2026 (03:30 PM). The tender number and item details must be written on the sealed envelope. No bid will be accepted without bid money. BME reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under the applicable PPRA Rules.
