Overview
The Directorate of Project and Works, Lasbela University of Agriculture, Water and Marine Sciences (LUAWMS), Uthal, District Lasbela, Balochistan, invites electronic tenders for two procurements for the LUAWMS sub-campus at Awaran. Important Terms and Conditions
- Bidding documents may be downloaded from the BPPRA website from the publication date up to 23rd October 2026. The website contains the applicable tender terms and bidder eligibility criteria.
- Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under BPPRA Rules 2014.
- Quoted rates must include all applicable taxes and be stated in PKR.
- Financial bids require bid security of 2% for Serial 1 and 3% for Serial 2. It must be provided as a Call Deposit from a scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favour of Director P&W, LUAWMS, Uthal. A tender submitted without earnest money will be rejected.
- If a bidder withdraws at the tender opening or modifies a tender after submission, the earnest money will be forfeited. Conditional tenders will not be entertained.
- Successful bidders must complete the supply within the period and according to the specifications stated in the tender documents. If a supply order is cancelled because of the firm’s default, the earnest money will be forfeited in favour of LUAWMS, Uthal.
- LUAWMS reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel any or all tenders or bids at any stage under BPPRA Rules.
