Overview

Municipal Committee Sangla Hill, District Nankana Sahib, invites electronic bids from eligible, experienced, tax-registered and financially sound contractors or firms enlisted with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for Financial Year 2026-27. Requirements

• Detailed bidding documents, specifications and quantities are available through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS).
• The firm must have completed a beautification project costing 30 million or above during the last two years. A work order and completion certificate issued by the head of department or engineer in-charge must be provided.
• Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost or value of the quoted items must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-PS.
• Physical financial instruments, including CDRs, pay orders and bank guarantees, will not be accepted.

Submission and Opening

Bidding documents must be uploaded electronically by 01:00 PM on 17/09/2026. Bids will be opened on the same day at 02:00 PM in the Municipal Committee Office, in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and contractors or their representatives who wish to attend.

Bids must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-PS only. Hard-copy submissions are not required. Incomplete, incorrect, unreadable, corrupted, virus-infected or improperly submitted bids will be rejected.

Important Details

• The procurement method is the Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules.
• If the scheduled opening date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
• If the tender or bid amount quoted is 5% below or beyond 5% of the estimated cost, the lowest bidder must deposit performance security at 10% of the estimated cost, including the CDR deposited at the time of tendering, as a Deposit-at-Call from a scheduled bank under PLG (Works) Rules-2017.
• The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended), and Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024 (as amended).
• PPRA Rules will be strictly applicable.
• The maximum completion period is two months from the date of the work award and is non-extendable.
