Overview
Pakistan Revenue Automation (Private) Limited (PRAL) invites electronic bids from eligible bidders under Tender Notice P-55/2026 for the procurement of hardware, software supply and infrastructure implementation of a production-ready Modern Data Platform.
Scope
The procurement covers the supply, licensing and infrastructure implementation of the platform. It must be deployed strictly on on-premise infrastructure as a Central Data Hub for data-driven and intelligence-led tax administration.
Bidding Documents and Submission
Electronic bidding documents containing the detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available to registered bidders through EPADS at https://epads.gov.pk and https://epms.ppra.gov.pk.
Electronic proposals must be prepared according to the bidding document and submitted through EPADS on or before 25th September 2026 at 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same date at 03:30 PM.
