Overview
The Conservator of Forests Working Plan Circle, Gilgit-Baltistan, Gilgit invites sealed bids for the construction of a DFO WP House at Babar Road, Kashrot Gilgit. Eligible firms and contractors must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant code and category.

Eligibility and Documents
Bidding documents will be issued in person on a working day to government contractors or firms that produce an original CNIC, PEC registration and the renewal fee receipt for 2026-27. The contractor or firm must also submit the latest No Litigation Certificate on judicial stamp paper of Rs.50 (fifty).
Documents will not be issued to contractors that have delayed projects already awarded by any Gilgit-Baltistan Government department or have been blacklisted by a government or semi-government institution. Conditional bids will not be accepted.
Bid Security and Procedure
Bid security must be submitted as a CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft or Call Deposit in the name of Conservator Forests Working Plan Circle Gilgit-Baltistan, issued by any Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. The security must also be provided to the department for verification from the relevant bank. Procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under the GB-PPRA Rules 2022.
Submission and Opening
Item-wise sealed bids must reach the office of the Conservator Forest Working Plan GB, River View Road near CM House, Chinar Bag Gilgit, by the stated closing date and time. Bids will be opened on the same date in the presence of bidders. If the date falls on an official holiday, opening will take place on the next working date at the same time.
Additional Conditions
Unrealistic rates will be handled under the rules or policy stated in the bidding document. The department may accept or reject any one or all bids or proposals before acceptance under the GB-PPRA Rules.
