Overview
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids and proposals from reputed, licensed IATA travel agents, agencies, companies and firms for enlistment under an open framework agreement. The selected providers will arrange domestic and international air tickets and other travel-related services at SNGPL’s Head Office.
The tender enquiry number is ADMIN: GM: 08.7 (1) / 2026. Competitive bidding will follow Rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 through the Single Stage One Envelope procedure.
Requirements
- Trained and experienced personnel with at least three years’ experience providing travel agency services.
- Registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax Authorities or Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), with active taxpayer-list status.
- Registration or membership with IATA-accredited agencies and the Department of Tourism Services (DTS), or the relevant provincial ministry or department.
- Documentary proof of the required registrations and memberships.
Important Details
A scanned copy of the bid or proposal must be submitted online through E-PADS 2.0 by October 26, 2026 at 11:00 Hours. Bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 hours.
