PAF-IAST Tender for Computer Labs Networking and Furniture in Haripur

Overview

Pak-Austria Fachhochschule: Institute of Applied Sciences & Technology (PAF-IAST), Haripur, invites sealed bids from interested firms for two lots covering “Computer Labs Networking and Furniture”. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS only; manual bids will not be accepted.

Bidder Requirements

The bidder must be registered and duly recognized in Pakistan, registered with FBR, and hold manufacturer status or distributor/dealer status with authorization from the manufacturer or principal specifically for this tender. The bidder must also have sufficient financial, technical and human resources to complete the assigned work within the prescribed period after finalization of the contract with PAF-IAST.

• Procurement procedure: KPPRA Rule 6(2)b, “Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure”
• Earnest money: 2% of the bid value in the form of a CDR, submitted separately for each lot
• Submission deadline: Tuesday, 27 October 2026 at 11:00 am
• Bid opening: The same day at 11:30 am, in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders who choose to participate
• Tender document fee: Free of cost

The CDR must reach the Procurement Office, Pak Austria Fachhochschule, Institute of Applied Sciences, Khanpur Road, Mang Haripur before the online bid-submission deadline. Otherwise, the respective bid will not be opened.
