Overview
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) has issued a Request for Proposal for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of a Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS) instrumentation system. The procurement covers Package No. 06, Lot-D, on a DAP basis for the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research, Lahore.

Requirements

Response time will be calculated exclusively from the advertisement’s publication date on the PPRA website.
Submission and Opening
Technical and financial proposals prepared in accordance with the RFP instructions must be submitted through Punjab e-Procurement by 28th October 2026, no later than 02:03 PM. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day through the system at 03:00 PM. Proposals submitted through any other mode will not be considered.
If the submission date is declared a public holiday, proposal submission and opening will move to the next working day.
